NIHR CLAHRC for LNR has developed an Evaluation Toolkit for individuals and teams who are seeking to engage stakeholders in their area to evaluate a range of activities. The aim of the toolkit is to develop knowledge of evaluation and aid the creation of evaluation plans and reports by using the toolkit’s templates.

NIHR CLAHRC aims to help reduce the second gap in translation i.e. get research evidence into practice more rapidly to improve healthcare services and patient outcome.
NIHR CLAHRC for LNR Implementation Theme has developed some tools that can be used to help individuals and teams plan and monitor the progress of projects that are implementing research evidence into clinical practice. These are the Plan for Implementing Evidence (PIE) and the Checklist for Implementation Progress (CHIPS), these can be found in this folder.
NIHR CLAHRC for LNR also runs training courses to help support implementation projects, the resources from these can be found in the Resources section of this website under Training and Education
