Theme Management
The role of the Theme Manager is to coordinate and manage the activities and resources within that theme and the theme's interactions with CLAHRC as a whole, including partner NHS Trusts. This includes: developing and managing research projects and service evaluations, managing the budget and human resources, providing progress reports and contributing to publications, organising and participating in the marketing of the theme and CLAHRC, and developing research awareness and capacity in NHS Trusts in LNR.
