Work over the past 15 years with health care teams in the US and UK has led to the identification of a variety of practical methods and tools for creative thinking that can be applied to the challenges we face today. In this interactive workshop, we will build on the evidence of this work to:
- Examine the mental processes behind creative thinking
- Practice several tools for creative idea generation
- Explore a variety of health care success stories
