Academics from the University of Leicester have co-edited and contributed to a new book: Listening to Children and Young People in Healthcare Consultations. The book has been published in response to research which shows that children and young people want greater involvement in the decisions affecting their health. The book offers guidance on ways to increase involvement of children’s views during the various stages of healthcare consultations.
